Returns and Refunds

Customized Products

Returns or refunds are not accepted for customized products, except in cases where the item is damaged or different from what was ordered.

Non-Customized Products

For non-customized items, returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of receipt.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error is attributable to us (e.g. damaged or incorrect items).

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt.
If the item is damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and find a suitable solution.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • in the same condition in which you received it

  • unused

  • in its original packaging

You will also need to provide a photo of the package, a photo of the product, and the purchase receipt.
